Fungal Century Beauty

In the next 50-100 years, extreme climates will profoundly impact human life. We deeply understand that the skin serves as the most direct medium for sensing environmental changes, like a sensitive instrument detecting factors such as air humidity, pollution, and sunlight. In this context, I attempt to address environmental challenges in a more innovative way. This is my speculative design for the future, named "Fungal Century Beauty" It is dedicated to creating a forward-looking human skin ecosystem, utilizing fungi as symbiotic organisms. This system can sense the effects of extreme weather and climate on the skin, repairing damaged environments with its unique vitality. This isn't just a technological experiment; it's a vision of my creative exploration. I envision the skin ecosystem as a modern technological laboratory, showcasing a symbiotic possibility specially adapted to extreme climate challenges. Simultaneously, it represents my aesthetic exploration for the future, an endeavor pushing modern aesthetic technology to its zenith. Through various methods like oral intake, injections, and topical skincare products, we can "nurture" these fungi, achieving prolonged skincare benefits.
